While Samsung is occupied to unveil its most anticipated smartphone of the year – The Galaxy Note 8, But an another phone could either make its appearance called W2018.
In general, SM-Wxxxx belongs to company’s flip phone usually sold in China; Chances are great W2018 can follow its predecessor’s footprint to make it a China exclusive device. The upcoming device has made back to back two appearances posted by Slashleaks, where the first one is a press render while another holds live photos.
Both the appearances are comparable and resemble as described by recent leaks. The handset is said to adopt a clamshell form factor. To remind, it has already visited TEENA in May and, recently Chinese tipster @mmddj_china leaked out its specifications on Twitter, However, doesn’t match what TEENA certification has pointed out.
Furthermore, The flip device is supposed to have a 4.2 inches Full HD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 12MP rear and 5MP front snappers combo, 2300 mAh battery, 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM. Surprisingly, the device is said to run on Android 6.0, Marshmallow, which I don’t think is a good move to use 2 years old OS for a flagship device. Regarding the price, it could be priced somewhere around $2000.
However, we have a good reference to presume the device’s final look, but still, the question remains whether or not the smartphone will go on sale outside China. What do you guys think about it? Please let’s know in below comment section!
