LG has today released the LG Q6+ smartphone in India. It was announced about three months ago along with two other devices Lg Q6 and Q6A respectively. For those who are unaware, the LG Q6 is already on the market priced at 14,999 INR and about the price of Q6+ we will talk later in this article.
To recall, The LG Q6+ offers 5.5-inch FullVision bezel-less display at the resolution of 2160 x 1080. It is powered by Snapdragon 435 processor paired with Adreno 505 GPU. In terms of the design, the device is surrounded by 7000 series aluminum frames. It runs on Android 7.1 with company’s custom UI. In-camera department, the rear side is taken care by a 13MP sensor and front side gets a 5MP front-facing snapper.
The battery capacity is given to is 3,000 mAh with standard charging adapter. To enhance the security, facial recognition is present to unlock the device. Regarding the storage, the device comes with 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal storage. It will worth noting that it has dedicated micro SD slot (not hybrid) to expand the storage further. All the essential connectivity options are accessible on this device including Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.2 and a USB Type-B 2.0.
Pricing and Availability
The LG Q6+ is priced at Rs. 17,990 (approx. 280 US$) and comes in Astro Black and Ice Platinum color options. It will start selling from today across the country via available offline stores. It is also offering one-time free screen replacement for the phone within 6 months of purchase.
