Oppo has announced A77, new smartphones in its “A Series”. The handset comes with much on board specs to its predecessor.

The Oppo A77 features 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD display on front while protection is unspecified. It is powered by MediaTek 6750T octa-core chipset cloaked at 1.5GHz. In terms of storage, the handset comes with 64GB built in storage which can be further expended up to 128GB by putting inside micro SD slot combined 4GB RAM under the hood.

Coming to main point for what Oppo is known, It has a 16MP f/2.0 selfie camera with Beauty 4.0 and Portrait Mode and includes 13MP f/2.2 shooter on the back with phase detect autofocus and a dual LED flash.

It is backed by 3200 mAh battery to keep the lights on. The device comes with hybrid slot which means either you can use two SIM cards or one SIM and a micro SD card. Sensors are Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, proximity and compass including other basic connectivity features like WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.2, 4G VoLTE, GPS and Micro USB 2.0 for charging.

Oppo A77 Prices and Availability

The Oppo A77 priced at NTD 10,990 (approx. €330 or £280 or $365 or 23,500 INR) and currently available for purchase in Taiwan only. pre-orders will start  on May 19 with availability starting on May 26. The handset is launched in Gold and Rose Gold color options.
