Samsung has started sending out media invites for a September 19 event in India. The invite reveals that the South Korean company will launch a new Galaxy J series smartphone by tommorow. While the invite doesn’t reveal the name of the phone, the words “Prime Time” are enough to suggest that the star of the event will be the Galaxy J7 Prime that was recently launched in Vietnam.
This device already leaked by Mumbai-based independent retailer Mahesh Telecom on twitter. It would be available roughly Rs. 18,990.
According to leak, this device is powered by 7870. however global version of device is made by snadragon chipset. Leak also revealed that samsung going to launch 16 GB variant in india comparatively fall in storage looking at global version. There would be 3 GB of RAM and 5.5 inches TFT display.
Also there is 3300 mAh battery added inside same as we have already seen in Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016). For camera, there is 13 MP rear and 8 MP front facing camera as per the leak. These are not official specifications but almost confirmed that the new galaxy will come with mentioned specs. Let’s what are the samsung’s official words on this device.
