Samsung has started rolling out Nougat update to Galaxy J7 Prime in India, stated by a user on Twitter. The new update being pushed in India carries Android 7.0 OS bringing firmware version of G610FDDU1BQH9. In terms of size, it weighs 1143.09MB.

Considering the change log, it will have new UX UI, currently being used on Samsung’s flagship devices such as Galaxy S8 series and Galaxy Note 8. Apart from that, several tweaks have been made with Notification, App installations, Multi-window and Dual Messenger feature. All in all, it is a worthy update with many improvements over last year’s Marshmallow operating system. It will worth noting that the company had already provided Nougat update to Galaxy J7 (2016) about a week ago.
