Vivo X23 Symphony Edition with Snapdragon 660 processor, 25MP selfie camera announced

Recently, Vivo had hinted to bring a new version of Vivo X23 to be called as X23 Symphony Edition. Finally, the handset is officially listed on the company’s own website. Specs-wise, it is a lighter version of Vivo X23 with the less powerful processor and lower storage, but with an upgraded front-facing camera.

The Vivo X23 Symphony Edition is equipped with the same 6.41 inches 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ waterdrop display on the front. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660AIE processor coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. As for optics, the device offers a dual 12MP + 13MP rear camera, while, it has a 25MP front-facing shooter for selfies.

It runs on Funtouch OS 4.5 based Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Further, the handset packs a 3,500 mAh non-removable battery with an 18W charger to charge the device quickly. The inbuilt storage is 128GB paired with 6GB of RAM. Besides, it has in-display fingerprint sensor, Jovi voice assistance, and facial recognition face lock. All in all, it resembles the original Vivo X23 whether it is design or internal hardware except few minor changes.

Vivo X23 Symphony Edition Price and Availablity

It comes in two brand new colors Starry night ocean Arctic morning and priced at 2,798 CNY or roughly converted into 405US$. As far as availability is concerned, It is already up for pre-orders and will start shipping from November 23 in China.
