ZTE launched Z17 Mini smartphone a week ago. The handset went for sale yesterday and stock was completely sold out in just 56 seconds. Some media reports claims that during sale total revenue exceeded 100 million yuan it means company managed to sale 50,000 units since the device is priced at 1,999 Yuan. There is an another variant which costs around 1,699 Yuan so company probably sold more than 50,000 units. Though, ZTE has’t made any statement officially.
To recall, the Nubia Z17 features a 5.2 inches 1080×1980 pixels at 424 PPI display. The smartphone comes with two variants, one with 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 652 Processor and another one with 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 653 Processor whereas 64GB built in storage available on both which can be further expended up to 256GB via microSD slot.The handset features a metal unibody design with just 7.45mm thick.
The main highlight of the smartphone is its dual 13-megapixel rear cameras, one with monochrome lens and the other one with RGB lens, offering crisp shots. It has ultra fast focus in 0.1 seconds and supports aperture adjustment from f/1.0 to f/16.0. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with 80-degree wide-angle lens.
The Nubia Z17 Mini houses a 2950 mAh battery under the hood to keep the light on. Other connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS, NFC and USB Type-C. Fingerprint sensor also embed on front. It runs on Android OS 6.0 Nubia 4.0 UI on top.
