Samsung has finally announced Galaxy Tab A (2017) tablet after a long tail of leaks. The device recently had appeared on various certification sites. It brings both WiFi (SM-T380) and 4G variants (SM-T385). Moreover, the device features 8.0-inch 800 x 1280p WXGA TFT display, 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor paired with Adreno 308 GPU.
In the camera department, the rear camera is taken care by an 8MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. On the front, it has a 5MP front-facing camera. The battery capacity is 5000mAh battery to keep the lights on. Other connectivity options included, 4G LTE ,WiFi a/b/g/n (2.4 + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It runs on Android 7.1.1, Nougat based on Samsung’s custom TouchWiz UI. The Tablet measures 212.1 x 124.1 x 8.9 mm along with 364 grams weight.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is priced at 6,490,000 Vietnamese Dong (approx. US$ 285 or Rs. 18,000) for the 4G version and is already on sale in the country. It comes in Black and Gold color options.
