Asus has started rolling out new update for Zenfone 3 Laser and it bring a Android 7.0 Nougat. The update comes as version V14.2015.1701.13 with numerous software features change.
The new update enables FET VoLTE and VoWiFi and brought up multiple pages support in Quick Settings, and the “Ringtone & Notifications” volume bar has been split into “Ringtone” and “Notification” volume bars on “Volume Panel” and “Sound & Vibration” Settings.
Apart from that, their are several things removed in new update. It has removed “Share Link” app, as well as app shortcuts for “Audio Wizard”, “Splendid”, “System update” and “Flashlight” from the all apps menu. The update will also remove some live wallpapers (Holo Spiral, Bubbles, Black Hole, Phase Beam) that re not compatible with Android N.
As usual, OTA updates take time to reach all devices. So if you still did’nt get new update, you can manually check it by visiting Setting > About > Software update.
