Gionee had a new “A” series in February at MWC 2018 included three smartphones A1, A1 Plus and A1 Lite respectively. Though the company has already launched A1 and A1 Plus in India and A1 Plus was made available just a couple of week ago. Now the company has either started selling remaining “A1 Lite” in India.
Moving towards the specs, The handset comes with 5.3 inches 720p HD display on the front. It is powered by MediaTek 6753 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali-T720MP GPU. As for optics, a 13MP shooter on the rear with capabilities to record up to 1080p videos whereas, on the front, a 20MP snapper is given to capture selfies. The device is backed by 4000 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
Regarding storage, It has 32GB internal storage coupled with 3GB RAM; The buyer can also expand the storage up to 128GB through dedicated micro SD slot. As for OS, it runs on Android 7.0 based company’s custom AMIGO UI. The Gionee A1 lite includes connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.1 and micro USB 2.0 port.

The device is priced at 14,999 INR and comes in gold and Red color options. It will be available for pre-orders starting from tomorrow via various offline retailers across the country.
