A few days ago, Huawei Honor 10 smartphone was announced by the Chinese firm. At the same time, the company also introduced Honor 10 GT Edition with GPU Turbo Technology. Basically, the technology is being used to boost the GPU power. So we can say the phone is focused on gaming enthusiastic audience in the home country. According to the official introduction:
GPU Turbo technology has opened up the processing bottleneck between EMUI operating system and GPU and CPU. At the bottom of the system, the traditional graphics processing framework is reconstructed to achieve soft and hard coordination, which makes the overall efficiency of GPU graphics operation greatly improved.
The release date has been already confirmed on July 24 or tomorrow, but the pricing was the only suspense, which is been now confirmed as well. Pricing of the device 3,299 CNY which roughly converted into approx. 490 USD or 33,500 INR. Considering the specs, the device comes with 5.84 inches 1080 x 2280 pixels Full HD+ IPS display. It is powered by Octa-Core, Hisilicon Kirin 970 processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP12. The handset runs on Android 8.1 on the top of EMUI 8.1 skin. It has 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB internal storage, which can’t be expended.
Furthermore, it has a dual 16MP + 24MP rear cameras set up with 24 MP front-facing camera. The device packs 3,400 mAh non-removable battery to keep the lights on. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, USB Type C, NFC, GPS and infrared port. As of now, the device is only available in China, maybe later push to the other countries.
