Finally, Huawei has unwrapped Y9 (2019) as it was promised. The handset somehow looks similar to its predecessor and comes with some minor changes. It has a 6.5-inch 1080×2340 pixels Full HD+ display with a notched panel following the current trend of Chinese smartphones. It is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor coupled with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU.
The optics department is handled by the 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera, whereas, on the front, it has another dual 13MP + 2MP snapper for selfies. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo on the top of EMUI 8.2 for customizing the Android features further. The device is backed by the 4,000 mAh non-removable battery with quick charging support (5V*2A=10W charger).
As for storage, there are two different storage variant provided by the company: one with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, while, another one has 6GB RAM + 128GB built-in storage.
