Lenovo launched three new A-series VoLTE-enabled smartphones – the A6600, A6600 Plus, and A7700 – in India. All three devices come with VoLTE support with Relience JIO preview offer.
The new Lenovo A6600 will be available at Rs. 6,999, while the company hasn’t announced the price for the Lenovo A6600 Plus. Both these smartphones will be available via retail outlets starting mid-September and will come in Matte White and Matte Black colors. The Lenovo A7700 will be available at a price of Rs. 8,540, and will go on sale by end of this month.
Starting from Lenovo A6600, the smartphone features a 5.5 inches 720p display. It is powered by MediaTek MT6735P and runs on Android v6.0 marshmallow. The handset packed a 2300mAh battery. It has 16 GB inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. Lenovo provided two color variants Matte White, Matte Black for Lenovo A6600. It has all basic sensors Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope.
If we talk about Lenovo A6600 Plus, it comes with almost similar specifications. There are few changes which Lenovo made with Lenovo A6600 Plus. Lenovo upgraded RAM into 2 GB for Lenovo A6600 Plus while, Lenovo A6600 has 1 GB of RAM. other all specifications are same.
Lenovo A7700, on other hand, features a 5.5 inches 720p display. It is powered by the same MediaTek 6735P processor that is present on the A6600 and A6600 Plus. The A7700 also sports twin rear speakers powered by Waves Maxxaudio effect. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. Lenovo A7700 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes with 16GB expandable storage. It is backed by a 2900mAh battery.
