Micromax has launched a new smartphone named as Micromax Selfie 3 in India. Basically, it is a selfie-centric smartphone as its name insinuates. The handset arrives with 5-inch 1080 x 1920p Full HD IPS panel.
It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 (octa-core 1,4GHz) processor paired with Adreno 505. Judging it by its processor, performance should be decent, but don’t expect anything special if you love to play games. In the camera department, the device features 13MP rear and a 16MP front-facing shooter to capture selfies. Under the hood, it has 32GB internal storage coupled with 3GB DDR3 RAM.
The device is backed by 3,000 mAh battery with standard charging option. It runs on Android 7.0, Nougat carrying company’s custom UI (near to stock Android). The fingerprint sensor is embedded in the rear portion, under the camera module to unlock the device securely. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS.
