There was a time when 16:9 aspect ratio was the standard for the smartphone displays, even, still, most of the content available in the market is appropriate for those displays. But, we have started seeing the 18:9 ratio smartphones and increasing rapidly. Now, we can say the smartphone standards are transforming into 18:9 aspect ratio display and 2017 is happening evolutionary for that pattern. Most of the big names in the industry already moved into it, including Samsung, LG, Xiaomi, etc.

Now, it seems Chinese manufacturer ZTE is preparing to do so following the other competitors. An alleged image of upcoming Nubia device has been surfaced on the web. In fact, recently, the company itself shared a poster on its official Weibo account by confirming 2:1 (18:9) smartphone is in the work. Anyway, the leaked image shows a dual rear vertical camera and a fingerprint sensor embedded just under the camera module.
Furthermore, some insiders reveal something more about this device. According to the insiders, the device codename is NX595J, and it will have a plain curved glass back design. Moreover, we have no clear evidence what would be the final look of this device. As of now, you can take it with the pinch of salt.
