Samsung has started pushing Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in India. The new update arriving as build number G920IDVU3FQD1 and G925IDVU3FQD1 and it is weighting around 1,245 MB in size. It has added latest security patch of March month whereas last year’s flagship S7/S7 Edge still struggling to get latest security updates.
Apart from Android Nougat, the update comes with performance improvement and several bug fixes. System upgrade and app installation processes have also been enhanced. As usual, OTA updates take some time, still push notification not popup on your device you can check it manually by visiting setting menu > about > software updates .
