A few days ago, Xiaomi’s president Lin Bin had posted a rendered image of the company’s upcoming smartphone Mi Mix 3 by revealing the slider screen design. Now, the same source also publishes another image of the same device. At first sight, there is nothing new added in the previous exposure, but if you watch closely, a 5G symbol can be easily seen on the upper right corner. The image certainly hints that the company is testing the 5G network, but it will interesting to see if the final build of Mi Mix 3 is ready to adopt the next-generation internet technology.
Besides, the company’s president has already revealed that the device will be announced in October month with above 91% screen to body ratio. The anticipated device could be a game-changing if the company correctly applies the slider design. Some other brands like Huawei and Lenovo are also working on similar kind of design, which makes the competition healthy.
