Asus has just launched its Tango enabled smartphone Zenfone AR in India, as it promised. On specification side, it looks ordinary smartphone but the handset got unique features of Augmented Reality (AI).
The Zenfone AR comes with 5.7 inches 2K Super AMOLED display, and it has got 8GB of massive RAM. It comes with five-magnet speaker that supports High-Res Audio and DTS virtual surround sound. For storage, it has 128GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB via Micro SD slot. Regarding the camera, the device gets a 23MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash and has an 8MP front-facing camera to capture selfies.
The handset is backed by 3300 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and runs on Android 7.0, Nougat out of the box. It is powered by Snapdragon 821 paired with Adreno 530 GPU under the hood. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac5 GHz 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and USB Type-C.

Price in India and Availability
The Zenfone AR is priced at Rs. 49,999 or US$775 and it comes in only black color option. As for availability, it is Flipkart exclusive and already up for sale. It is also offering Rs. 2500 off on Google Daydream View VR headset and 100GB additional data on JIO.
