Original story:

Google Pixel 2 and XL 2 are upcoming flagship devices from the search giant, revealed by some recent leaks. Lately, Pixel 2 got certified from FCC showing up some UI samples. Following Pixel 2’s footprints, the larger XL 2 just passed through the FCC ID of ZNFG011C. The FCC documents further reveal its model number as G011C.

Unlike the Pixel 2, The Korean company LG (manufacturer for the XL 2) consolidates the configuration of the handset except for LTE bands. The documents illustrate all the major bands supported by the leading carriers in the U.S. including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

Apart from that, the Pixel XL 2, codenamed as Taimen, likely to bring Snapdragon 835 processor, 5.99-inch 2,880×1,440 18:9 OLED display. Besides, it would seemingly bring features such as Always-On Display, squeezable frame (inspired from HTC U11) and dual front facing stereo speakers.

On another side, Pixel 2 more or less looks similar to its predecessor. It will be featuring same Snapdragon 835 processor. Both of the devices are rumored to leaving off 3.5mm jack. As these devices are coming from Google,  will surely bring the latest version of Android. It will worth noting that HTC is manufacturing pixel 2. Hence, it will get most of the unique HTC features such as Active Edge, etc.

Both of devices are supposed to be official on October 4 or 5, still no official confirmation. Hopefully, Google will soon uncover the official launch event.
