Google Pixel 2 visits FCC ahead of official launch


Google Pixel series is known for providing a seamless stock Android experience without any junk added from third party apps. The upcoming flagship Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 are most anticipated smartphones from the company. The Pixel 2 now appears on FCC by revealing some key specification in the form of UI screenshot. Following the given specs, The device seems to grab android O 8.0.1 with security patch level of August 5. Moreover,  other would get 8.0, So Android 8.0.1 likely be exclusive for Pixel 2 devices. The has listed with 64GB internal storage and model number labeled as “G011A”.



While Pixel 2 is being manufactured by HTC so it is obvious that it will adopt some features from HTC smartphones. The Pixel 2 smartphone is said to get squeezable frame similar to we have seen on HTC U11 which should be called as “Active Edge”.  Apart from that, we have already known about its design. The device has got some live images with thick bezels on top and bottom which either not looks that much attractive but it would be interesting to find what actually the search giant present at the official launch event.
