OnePlus has finally launched its much-awaited flagship OnePlus 6 as expected. The smartphone was unleashed at a special event held in London. The smartphone is packed with 6.29 inches Optic AMOLED display on the front with 19:9 odd aspect ratio, similarly used by Oppo and Vivo. The company also claim to have it 90% screen-to-body ratio. As we expected, the handset is powered by latest Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with Adreno 630 GPU.

Moreover, the rear camera is taken care of by two sensors, 16 MP Sony IMX519 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, OIS/Gyro-EIS + 20 MP IMX376K sensor and f/1.7 aperture implemented as to take the portrait shot and 2x Zoom, as we have already seen on its predecessor OnePlus 5T. The front camera is same rear 16 MP Sony IMX519 sensor to capture selfies. The device is made of glass design with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection both rear and front limited to Mirror Black version, but still lacks wireless charging even though it has a glass back.

The device runs on Android 8.1, Oreo out of the box with company’s custom Oxygen UI on the top. Apart from that, company promises to provide Android “P” update as soon as it available later this year. Similar to OnPlus 5T, Face unlock feature is present on this device as well as Fingerprint sensor on the back. One thing which remains same is its battery. The smartphone packs same 3,300 mAh battery under the hood similar to its last year’s flagship. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C charging port.
