Oppo has just listed the Oppo A7X on its official China website a mid-range smartphone from the company. Design-wise, the device somehow looks similar to the Oppo F9 series available in international markets with a horizontally aligned rear camera and fingerprint sensor on the back having Oppo branding underneath.

The Oppo A7X arrives with a 6.3-inch 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ IPS LCD waterdrop display at 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P60 chipset clocked at 2.0GHz coupling with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The device packs 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with a micro SD slot for further expansions. Regarding the optics, the smartphone is equipped with a dual 16MP + 2MP rear cameras bringing f/1.85 aperture on both sensors. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter to capture AI enabled portraits.
Furthermore, The Oppo A7X runs on ColorOS 5.2 based Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. It has a 4,250 mAh non-removable battery to keep the lights on, but no mentioning of fast charging support. The device measurements are 156.7×74×7.99 mm and weighs 169 grams. The device is having all the necessary connectivity features.
Oppo A7X Pricing and Availability
The Oppo A7X is priced at 2,099 CNY which roughly translated into approx. 305US$ or 22,150 INR and it comes in two Star Purple and Ice Flame Blue color options. According to the company’s official website, the device will hit the shelves on September 14 and right now pre-bookings are open for potential buyers.
