Vivo launched a new smartphone callled V5, the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone in the ‘V series’ in India. The main highlight of this device is a 20MP front facing camera with Sony IMX376 1/2.78″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 5p lens and ‘Moonlight Glow’ that induces a natural glow on the face that lights up the picture irrespective of the lighting conditions.
Moving to specs, It has a 5.5-inch 720p HD display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection with metal unibody design. The smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Funtouch OS 2.6. In terms of cameras, the device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 20MP front-facing shooter, specially targeted for selfie lovers.
For storage, it comes with 32GB of internal storage and bundled 4GB of RAM inside. Vivo v5 packs a 3000mAh battery to keep the lights on. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS and USB OTG.

Pricing and Availability
The Vivo V5 comes in Crown Gold and Space Gray colors, is priced at Rs. 17,980 and will be available for pre-order from November 16th to 25th and goes on sale from 26 November.
