Xiaomi India has finally launched its much-awaited smartphone of 2017 Mi Mix 2 in India. The device brings a unique design which you won’t find in any other smartphone available in India. The device was announced last month in home country China and already available for sale there.
The Mi Mix 2 smartphone comes with 5.99-inch Full HD+ 2160x1080p (18:9) IPS LCD display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The body of the device is made of unibody four-surface ceramic fuselage surrounded by 7-series aluminum frame. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor, that has become standard for 2017’s flagship smartphones.
Moving on, the device comes with the same camera as used on Mi 6 with a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, 1.25μm pixel size, f/2.0 aperture. There is also four-axis optical image stabilization (OIS) to help take steady shots and videos. The front-facing camera has a 5MP sensor. When it comes to storage, the Indian variant has got 128GB storage option coupled with 6GB of RAM.

Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is priced at Rs. 35,999 in India and will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting from October 19. Apart from that, the device will also available through company’s Mi Home stores from November’s first week. All in all, the company brings very competitive price with an aggressive approach to compete against its rivals such as OnePlus 5 and Nokia 8.
