iPhone 8 wireless charging module images surfaced


As earlier rumors claims, The Apple is working on wireless charging to integrate on its upcoming iPhone 8. Today, some images surfaced online to be claimed it as wireless charging module for iPhone 8.

The circuit board displays in the center a circle for the wireless power transfer. The output voltage is labeled as 5V-12V. Meanwhile, the input current is 0.6A-2A and the output power 5W-10W. The leakster also stated to have 70-80% power efficiency. Some of the comments argued as the PCB board is not very Apple like and some of them found it as Android kind of interface.


To enable wireless charging, the iPhone 8 is supposed to have a glass rear shell. Although, we can’t confirm the credibility of these images. We leave it up to you, what do you think about it? Please let us know in below comment section!

To recall, the iPhone 8 is rumored to have 5.8 inches OLED display, iOS 11 operation system, Apple A11 SoC, Irish scanner, facial recognition and full glass body. It could be announced somewhere around September or October.
