Apple is working on Next Gen. iPhones and there are plenty ofv rumors that Apple will move OLED panels instead IPS LCD display used on all previous iPhones. Now a new report came from Nikkei by claiming that Apple has signed a deal with Samsung for curved OLED display panels. The USA manufacturer reportedly ordered 70 millions OLED panels with dual curved edges.
The new display panels will be used on iPhone 8 whereas iPhone 7s and 7s Plus will be get traditional IPS LCD panels and size will be 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches same as its predecessors. On the other hand, iPhone 8 is said to come with 5.2 inches OLED display and will cost around $1000 according to reports.

Samsung is reportedly preparing 95 million OLED units for Apple in case the demand for the iPhone 8 will exceed expectations. Apple’s target is to sell 70 million iPhones this year which will break all the previous record if apple achieve that target. By doing all this, Apple is looking to run on Samsung’s footprint who has already produced that kind of smartphones and is a market leader in terms of producing OLED displays.
