Huawei Mate 20 series has been a subject of a large number of leaks and rumors, after all this the flagship series from the world’s number 2 smartphones selling company. A recent firmware obtained by XDA-Developers exposed the key specifications of Huawei Mate 20, but we hadn’t any idea about the design. Now, some spy images spotted on the Weibo give us a fair look of the front portion. As previously rumored, the Mate 20 seems to accumulate edge display on the front.
According to the leaked images, the device would be bringing an in-display fingerprint sensor, the forehead is covered with the notch screen following the current tradition. Moreover, the device is expected to use 3D Structured camera combination for the facial recognition. All in all, the company will use fingerprint + facial recognition as unlocking features if the provides images are considered as authentic.
According to the recent speculations, the device is expected to feature a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display, while, there should be a pro variant with a larger display. The device is expected to adopt an unannounced HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor built on 7nm technology, which should be highly power efficient.
