Huawei sending out official invites for Honor 7X launch, to be announced on October 11

Chinese smartphone maker will soon announce Honor 7X, the company confirmed on its official Weibo account. According to a teaser posted by Huawei, the device will be launched on October 11 in China. If you are unaware somehow, the device is the successor of last year’s Honor 6x, that really defines its glory, and still has the best camera smartphone in India at the given price range.

The device is expected to feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It will have a 2.3GHz octa-core processor. Regarding the storage, the device will have 4GB RAM coupled with 32/64GB internal storage. As usual, the hybrid slot should be there to expend the storage further.

The rear camera could be powered with dual 12MP (telephoto + RGB) sensor, and front-camera isn’t recognized yet. Moreover, a 4,000 mAh battery can back this device to keep the lights on. Considering the prices, 32GB variant is supposed to be priced around 1,499 RMB whereas, 64GB storage option is expected to cost 1,799 RMB. The device will run on Android 7.1.1 based company’s custom EMUI. All in all, the device appears a good budget range device with decent hardware.
