Lenovo had recently launched a smartphone named K8 Plus in India. At the same event, the company had also announced another smartphone called “K8” as well. Now, the device is available for sale across the country.
The Lenovo K8 comes with 5.2-inch 720 x 1280p HD IPS display covered with 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P20 chipset paired with Mali T880 MP2 GPU. The dual-SIM device runs on Android 7.1.1, Nougat with Stock Android UI. You might be aware of, the company has been discarded company’s custom VIBE UI, due to lack of latest updates, and Stock UI means you will have latest Android updates from Google on a regular basis.
The handset is backed by 4,000 mAh battery with a fingerprint sensor embedded on the back. Regarding the memory, it will have 32GB of internal storage coupled with 3GB RAM. The good thing is that the device comes with dedicated micro SD slot same as we have seen on K8 Plus. For optics, it has 13MP rear and an 8MP front-facing camera combo. Apart from that, all the essential connectivity options present on this device including 4G VoLTE, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB OTG. It measures 147.9 x 73.7 x 8.55 mm and weight is 165 grams. Further, conventional Dolby Atmos and Theater Mode are being offered by this device.

The device is available for purchase starting from today on various offline. Being an offline product, the device is bit pricey. Therefore, you can get a better smartphone at same price point.
