Xiaomi Black Shark 2 might be soon released in the global markets

Xiaomi had announced a gaming smartphone called Black Shark earlier this year. Freshly, its successor was certified by Chinese authority TEENA by revealing the full specs-shet, and now a global version of the company’s website is teasing its international release to happen soon. As of now, the landing page only shows the words “Sharks Approaching” and “Unleashing Soon,” leaving us in suspense about its launch.

 

According to the TEENA listing, the Black Shark 2 will offer a 5.99-inch display, whereas, no information provided about its resolution. The device will be backed by 4,000 mAh non-removable battery. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. It has 8GB of built-in RAM and measures 160 x 75.26 x 8.7 mm. the listing further reveals a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, whereas, it was placed at the front of the last generation Black Shark.

It will worth noting that the Black Shark (1) was launched with a similar 5.99-inch 1080 x 2160 pixels Full HD+ IPS LCD display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with 2.8GHz octa-core Kryo 385 CPU and Adreno 630 GPU. The device runs on Android Oreo out of the box. It has either 6GB RAM + 64GB storage or 8GB RAM + 128GB storage under the hood. The optics department is handled by the dual 12MP, f/1.7 aperture rear camera and a 20MP f/1.7 front-facing shooter with having 4,000 mAh non-removable battery.
