Sony has finally confirmed the device list which will be eligible to get Android Oreo update. The Japanese Tech Giant has almost covered all the devices which were unveiled in 2016 or later. Few moments ago, Sony introduced Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact smartphones with Android O OS out of the box.

Above mentioned devices are officially confirmed to get Android O update. However, timing is not declared yet. The company is known to provide timely updates, at least for its flagship smartphones. As company discontinued “Z” series, no member of that family included of getting Oreo Update, But still, we can expect security updates time to time.
